Compare our floor plans and complete your Build On Your Land questionnaire so we can price your home accurately.

Sign your construction agreement by the deadline and your $10,000 upgrade credit is locked in for your selections meeting.

What exactly is the Home Sweet Home end of year incentive?
When you build on your land with J.W. York Homes and sign your construction agreement by December 31, 2026, we credit $10,000 toward eligible upgrades on your new home. It is a limited-time, end of year offer for new Build On Your Land clients.
Do I need to own my land before I contact you?
You should own the lot, or be under contract on it, before we can finalize pricing and site prep. You are welcome to start the conversation earlier so we can review the property and confirm it works for the plan you want.
Can the $10,000 be applied to the base price of the home?
No. The credit applies to eligible upgrades, not to the base price of the home or to the land itself. Your project manager will confirm the current eligible upgrade list before your selections meeting.
Where does J.W. York Homes build on your land?
We build within roughly a 25-mile radius of Athens, GA, including Clarke, Oconee, Jackson, Madison and Oglethorpe counties. See our service areas page or send us the lot address and we will confirm coverage.
Can I combine the incentive with other offers or financing incentives?
The end of year incentive is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other J.W. York Homes promotions. It can be used alongside financing through our preferred lenders. Contact our team for current terms.
